"We lost power during the storm on May 21, 2022. We had a hydro pole on our property go down and needed it replaced, as well as another one that was probably close to going to down next. Kanata Utilities had all the work done including the ESA inspection (even though that was out of his hands) completed within less than 24 hours of when I called. The crew was polite and professional and Jake (President) was very responsive to my calls and questions. I didn't know much about the cost of what we were asking for (we weren't a position to shop around, just needed it done quick) but conversations with a few electrician friends after the fact seemed to suggest we got a very fair price on the work done. I would 100% recommend giving them a call if you need utility work done."

Hi Nick. Thank you for facilitating the work that got done yesterday. Nick and Kaelen were great, being very focused on their work and respectful of our space. Good communication with Nick as lead, and the two were very productive in accomplishing our list. Nick ensured that the water system was in good working order after the rewiring was done. Both were very polite and pleasant to have in our home. Good crew!
